Partnership Services

We specialize assisting military service members, veterans, and attorneys prepare cases on behalf of soldiers petitioning all military service branches discharge review boards, boards for correction of military records, and other administrative legal activities to help veterans and service members navigate government systems to correct records.  

Review Board (ADRB). Army Review Boards Agency is the highest level of administrative review within the Department of the Army. 

The NDRB, or Naval Discharge Review Board (NDRB), is the designated authority to review and determine whether a service member's discharge was granted in a proper manner and was fair and equitable considering the regulations in effect at the time of the discharge. 

The Air Force Board for Correction of Military Records, Air Force Discharge Review Board, Department of Defense Discharge Appeal Review Board and Department of Defense Physical Disability Board of Review.

Department of Defense (DOD) announced a new board of appeals for Service members with separation dates on or after December 20, 2019. "The Board of Veterans’ Appeals (BVA) is the appellate body of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), meaning it has the ability to overrule a decision made by a VA regional office.

When you appeal a decision to the BVA, it reviews your case de novo.  This means the Board gives your claim and the evidence you submit a fresh look.  The Board of Veterans’ Appeals has jurisdiction over all matters pertaining to benefits administered by VA and individuals receiving or applying for them"BVA, 2023).

"The United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims is a national court of record, established under Article I of the Constitution of the United States. The Court has exclusive jurisdiction to provide judicial review of final decisions by the Board of Veterans' Appeals, an entity within the Department of Veterans Affairs"(CVA,2023).

"The Court provides veterans an impartial judicial forum for review of administrative decisions by the Board of Veterans' Appeals that are adverse to the veteran-appellant's claim of entitlement to benefits for service-connected disabilities, survivor benefits and other benefits such as education payments and waiver of indebtedness. In furtherance of its mission, the Court also seeks to help ensure that all veterans have equal access to the Court and to promote public trust and confidence in the Court" (CVA,2023).
